In my opinion the earbuds sound extremely good and have a very good passive noise cancelling, the function to bypass the noise cancelling is also super useful and fun to use when taking a walk in the nature. Have experienced problems with the Bluetooth connection, one to my phone and second between the two earbuds themselves, but it was short lived and the problems solved themselves after waiting for some time. I'm super glad I got these for 76€ !

Unjust customs fees for faulty item and no solution in sight!

Der Artikel wurde von dieser Deutschen Webseite bestellt und ich musste 30 Euro Zollgebühren bezahlen!!! Mifo weigert sich mir diese zurück zu erstatten. Dann stellte sich heraus, dass die Ladebox nicht funktioniert (man kann das Kabel nicht reinstecken) und Mifo hält mich nun seit 6 Wochen mit Mails hin. Ich musste Fotos schicken und Angaben machen, jedes Mal dauert es 3-4 Tage bis jemand antwortet. Die Lösung von Mifo: ich soll das kaputte Gerät zurückschicken nach England!!! auf meine Kosten und sie werden mir ein neues zuschicken. Meine Frage, wegen der Zollgebühren und ob ich die dann nochmal zahlen muss wird stets ignoriert. NIE WIEDER MIFO!!! Die müssen erst einmal ihre Hausaufgaben in Sachen Zollabfertigung und Kundenservice machen! ses to refund me. Then it turned out that the charging box doesn't work (you can't plug the cable in) and Mifo has been stalling me with emails for 6 weeks now. I had to send photos and give details, each time it takes 3-4 days until someone answers. The solution from Mifo: I should send the broken device back to England!!! at my expense and they will send me a new one. My question about customs duties and whether I have to pay them again is always ignored. NEVER AGAIN MIFO!!! They need to do their homework on customs clearance and customer service first!

Ich wollte Sie informieren dass ich EUR 24 Zollgebuehr zahlen musste. Wenn ich das gewusst haette dass das Produkte zollkostenpflichtig ist, haette ich es nicht bestellt.

Musste noch Zoll und Postgebühr bezahlen, daher war der kostenlose Versand hinfällig. Von Noice cancelling ist nichts zu spüren. Bluetooth schwach. Ich würde es nie wieder kaufen.
