How does active noise cancelling work?
Gen 4 uses hybrid feedforward and feedback active noise cancelling (ANC) to reduce unwanted background noise. It is useful for focused listening during indoor training, travel or downtime. Choose a snug ear-tip fit and select noise cancelling in the Mifo app. ANC does not eliminate all sound; its effect varies with fit and surroundings.
What is transparency mode, and when should I use it?
Transparency mode lets ambient sound through alongside your music, so you can hear more of the world without removing your earbuds. Switch to it in the Mifo app when you want to hear a training partner or your surroundings. Keep the volume comfortable and stay attentive: transparency does not guarantee you will hear traffic or other hazards.
