Shipping policy

Orders from Mifo New Zealand are typically shipped within three business days of receipt of payment from our Australian warehouses. We may select from a variety of domestic and international shipping services and warehouse locations to achieve the best shipping circumstances for our business model.

Standard delivery within New Zealand costs NZ$19.99 for orders below NZ$299.99. Standard delivery is free on orders of NZ$299.99 or more. The threshold is based on the order subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery charges. Prices are in NZD and include GST. The applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout.

Situations may occur that are outside of our control, resulting in delayed delivery times. We make every effort to ensure parcels are delivered safely and quickly.
